By working with you and your staff to develop an operations plan, we can design your conceptual building plans to reflect your style and needs. Or perhaps you have a conceptual plan you would like us to review and make alternate design suggestions ... to improve functionality, productivity and ultimately ... profitability. By discovering problematic areas early on in a project, we can help you to avoid costly changes during the construction phase.

 We will work hand in hand with Architects, Designers and Engineering Consultants to help ensure that all building services and spaces are appropriate for the intended vehicle service and equipment required by the owner.

Keep in mind, that Autoplan has extensive connections / friends in the automotive service equipment world and will help you source / choose the most appropriate service equipment for your specific needs.  

Autoplan has planned several new fully equipped collision repair shops, as well as the reorganization of a few existing collision repair shops. For large volume preowned vehicle dealers ... we can help design an appropriate inspection and enhancement facility for processing vehicles upon arrival.

 We also continue to expand our knowledge regarding the handling of Electric Vehicles and the associated service and space requirements. 

Preplanning equipment installation and associated services will save you money and time during the construction phase. 

Equipment locations, installation & connection details, lifting device layouts, new motor oil distribution systems, compressed air systems, waste oil & waste coolant collection, electrical requirements, proposed lighting, water requirements, drainage, CO extraction layouts (above ground or in ground),  etc.

  Site visits to coordinate the actual installation of service equipment on site ... relative to our plans and details if/as required. Not only have we spent many hours ‘on the boards’, designing and detailing dealerships, but we have also spend many hours at construction sites supervising the installation of the actual equipment. We truly understand what is required to help you complete a successful project from start to finish.

Maybe the records of your facility have been lost or you have just bought a building with no plans on record.

We can visit your building, measure and photograph the existing conditions and produce accurate CAD plans of what is currently existing ... AS-BUILT plans. This would give you a record of what you have ... and provide the foundation of any future design work and/or changes to your facility.
